Paul McArthur is a Consultant Hand and Plastic Surgeon at the Mersey Regional Plastic Surgery Unit based at Whiston Hospital, Liverpool and covering Alder Hey Children’s Hospital as a Consultant Congenital Hand and Upper Limb Surgeon. He has been employed full time in the NHS since 1990 and was afforded an honorary chair at Liverpool John Moore’s University, 2010.
He provides a comprehensive upper limb and plastic surgery service with research interests that include upper limb movement disorder, genetic markers for congenital hand differences and the accuracy of botulinum toxin delivery.
